I made a mean chicken milanese on this! The heat was constant throughout the pan and the chicken cooked beautifully. It's very sturdy and easy to clean.

Let this awesome Cherry 10" fry pan add a bright pop of color in your kitchen. The excellent heating base on this fry pan makes it perfect for browning or searing, just what you want in a quality fry pan! I use mine to fry up homemade tortillas, brown shrimp or warm up some delicious naan!

Staub's black matte finish creates an amazing frying surface. What ever your cooking has a beautiful, caramelized sear on it. This pan can go up to 500F in the oven so start your dish on the stove top and finish it in the broiler (old school).

Try the Irish Soda Bread

I just made the Irish Soda Bread in this pan and it came out great! Not only that, I was watching one of my favorite you tube chefs use this for searing chicken breasts! Wow!! The sear ans browning you get from this surface due to the heat it will reach and maintain is amazing!. This pan is heavy but has balance thanks to the helper handle. Great pan!!

Skillet, frying pan and a saute' pan together!

Staub skillet cast iron is so versatile to add in your cookware collections and also served as saute' pan. Skillets with double handle for more control when transferring your delicious dish to your beautiful Staub cast iron plate and keep it warm. That spout is so useful to keep those juice in the right place.

I found a terrific recipe for cornbread in a cast iron skillet and my family loves it. We decided that instead of it being just one dish, we'd prefer to have leftovers so I needed to get another skillet. Thought (for a fast second) about getting a cheaper version but decided to stay with Staub. It was the right call, now we have two 10" cornbread dishes, plenty for us to enjoy today and tomorrow. The cherry is my go to color!

Colorful, Tough Cast Iron Pan

Super, little skillet. 2 to 3 pieces of meat or fish...consistent heat for predictability. Enameled both inside and out for longevity. Great pouring spouts to top off food.
