This is a little more $$ than the traditional cast iron out there. But the performance and clean up is well worth it. So glad I purchased the 12". Bigger is always better!

Cast iron excellence. I love the pour spouts for draining off some fats and simple transferring to a serving dish!
Brown chicken breasts without drying them out!! Sear steaks and burgers to crusty outside and tender and juicy on the inside.
Great pan with the helper handle gives it some balance. It's a heavy duty pan!!

Every kitchen needs one of these.
Perfect size for bread, Steaks and chops, Chicken and grilled vegetables.
This pan gets so much use in my kitchen that it is always out on the stove top. We even use it out on the grill for roasting veggies and they carmelize beautifully every time.

This cast iron skillet is so versatile. Double handle for more control when transferring your delicious food to your beautiful staub cast iron plate and keep it warm in the oven. A spout is so useful to keep those juice in the right place and dishwasher safe, handwashing is highly recommended. It will quickly become your go-to cooking vessel, perfect for sauteing, and frying. This 12" skillet is perfect to add to your Staub collections.

This pretty basil fry pan is an excellent pan for baking pizzas but of course, can be used for all of your fry pan needs. The nonstick cast iron easily releases food and is even easier to clean.

Try Cast Iron instead of Non Stick

I have this in the 10" size and I absolutely love using it for just about everything. Not only does it brown everything nicely it also cleans up so easily it almost feels like nonstick because of the matte black interior. Cast Iron insures even heat distribution and never warps.
