All the great attributes and benefits of Staub ratcheted up too handle many hungry mouths. This fabulous cast iron will do all you want it to, and for as many people as you have to feed. Size does not affect this pot. It will cook as evenly as you expect it to. And the durable enamel coating inside makes for easy clean up and the deep enamel coating on the outside makes for a beautiful presentation at the table. This is not your run of the mill cast iron. This is lifetime quality stuff - a pot to build memories with and that the kids and grandkids will use too.

We pull this out for big cooking! The heat capability of the pan is amazing - heats up quickly and evenly, also stays hot for hours. It has self-basting spikes on the interior of the lid which collect and return all moisture back into dish - nothing dries out and the food stays moist. You can use this as a fry pan too. The searing capability of the pan is amazing. Also, the high walls prevent grease from getting on the stove top.

This dark blue giant is perfect for feeding the whole family...plus a few. The self-basting lid and enameled cast iron will yield perfect results every time. Easy to wash...if you can fit it into your sink/dishwasher!
