Biggest, Best Slow-Cooker

Huge cocotte! Will fit the largest of birds... slow cooks pork and beef phenomenally. li'l spikes beneath lid keep moisture in the right place.

I have never seen a dutch oven this big before. I can cook huge batches of chili and jam at once. I love the matte interior. I get superior browning and the enamel coating makes it a breeze to clean. The braising spikes on the underside of the lid redistribute the moisture giving me great cooking results. I love the heat retention i get from the cast iron.
