The signature coq au vin rooster knob really tends to standout with this white truffle color. Much like the color will standout in any kitchen. The coq au vin itself is really versatile, backed by the exclusive Staub technology on the inside: self-basting lid and nonstick enameled interior. The combined efforts of the interior features promises perfect results every time and easy clean up too!

I like that it's a little larger and have made a couple of Stews this past winter. Really like the knobs as an embellishment. Very strong & cleans up beautifully.

Never had oval-shaped cocotte before...yet nearly all guests make comment! Heats up quickly/cleans easily and nice deep burgundy-like colour. rooster handle looks neat and doesn't wanna burn ya!

Third one for me in this deep blue colour. Pleasantly surprised by the fact the bottom has adequate size for braising as well! Cute rooster for uniqueness...Easy cleaning inside and out.

Even heat distribution and continual moisture release via small nobs on lid make this one a must have. Large enough for decent-sized chicken or roast. Gradual coloration of gray color is quite appealing
