This gorgeous grenadine cocotte adorns our Christmas Eve table every year. I use it to make cioppino, a fish stew. I love the size - perfect depth for a whole crab and tons of shellfish. It has self-basting spikes on the interior of the lid which collect and return all moisture back into dish building your flavor base. The pan works on any cooking surface, including induction. I have used it on my BBQ many times as an additional heat source, its safe up to 500F.

I had realized that I had smaller pots and I also had the giant Staub but I was missing this size. It came and 3 days later I cooked ribs in it. It was perfect. I know I'm going to use it a lot.

Big and Bold

Now this is a pot. I love to cook in bulk but most big pots are too tall and hard to stir. This 9qt dutch oven is perfect. The wide size gives me plenty of room for ingredients and plenty of room to work with them. The matte black interior gives me a great sear when starting my meat and veg. The spikes on the lid help condense the cooking vapors and keep my food nice and moist. I love how easy it is to clean. The enamel coating makes maintenance a breeze without the chore of seasoning the iron.

This oven is great quality, sturdy and cooks evenly. Looks so good you can put this right on your table. ( color grenadine)
