Another beautifully versatile piece from Staub. Ideal for any large recipe, this cast iron will cook anything to perfection. The bright Cherry color adds a pop of color to the dinner table and the double handles make it easy to transfer from stove to oven to tabletop. Plus, the cute rooster knob will have you and everyone adoring this piece even more!

Feel like a French Chef

I feel like a Chef when I use this pot!! I tend to use this for whole or cut up chicken dishes!! Yes, Coq au Vin!! Love that recipe. I like changing my finials.. i have the rooster and the pig. this is a worthwhile pot to have and treasure!!

I like that it's a little larger and have made a couple of Stews this past winter. Really like the knobs as an embellishment. Very strong & cleans up beautifully.

Roasting chicken or braising ribs or beef roast, this is perfect Staub cast iron for anything you can think of cooking needs. I love that chicken knob..!!!

The most efficient pot!

This size Fits chickens up to approximately 5 lbs. or 2 whole chicken. Staub cast iron works on all stove top surfaces including gas, electric, glass, ceramic, induction, and halogen. Staub cast iron are Made in France. Heavy weight, tight-fitting lid retains moisture, spikes on the lid create a rain-forest effect evenly returning juices back onto food and it cooked lie a pressure cooker. Oven safe up to 900F.

The Perfect Roasted Chicken

Even if you don't know how to cook you'll be able to roast a perfect chicken in this pan. The self basting spikes on the inside of the pan return all the flavored condensation back into the pan creating a moist, extra flavorful piece of meat.
