The dark blue Staub pieces line the shelves of my pantry and I love using this coq au vin for those special occasion dishes. It is ideal for so many recipes and I like showing off the adorable rooster knob on top!

Another beautifully versatile piece from Staub. Ideal for any large recipe, this cast iron will cook anything to perfection. The graphite grey adds a classic yet modern pop of color to the dinner table and the double handles make it easy to transfer from stove to oven to tabletop. Feel like a French Chef

I feel like a Chef when I use this pot!! I tend to use this for whole or cut up chicken dishes!! Yes, Coq au Vin!! Love that recipe. I like changing my finials.. i have the rooster and the pig. this is a worthwhile pot to have and treasure!!

Roasting chicken or braising ribs or beef roast, this is perfect Staub cast iron for anything you can think of cooking needs. I love that chicken knob..!!!

The most efficient pot!

This size Fits chickens up to approximately 5 lbs. or 2 whole chicken. Staub cast iron works on all stove top surfaces including gas, electric, glass, ceramic, induction, and halogen. Staub cast iron are Made in France. Heavy weight, tight-fitting lid retains moisture, spikes on the lid create a rain-forest effect evenly returning juices back onto food and it cooked lie a pressure cooker. Oven safe up to 900F.
