Staub 5.5 quart Coq au Vin cocotte is a beautiful addition to my kitchen. It remains on my stove at all times, adding a nice punch of color and a classic contemporary design.
Love using for hearty stews, soups, lentils and beans. Also perfect for roasting chicken and vegetables, braising brisket, and short ribs as well. The self basting lid keeps meats nice and moist, resulting in mouth watering dishes. Don't know what I would do without this.
