This has replaced my hydro flask and it's so cute! Keeps hot liquids hot and cold ones cold, and stays on my desk at work to make sure I drink more water. I would have bought a larger one if I could, but this gets me up and active more times during the day.

I love my Hello Kitty mug! I am a longtime fan of the Zojirushi mugs, and the Hello Kitty wins my heart all over again! The 12 oz mug is perfect for me now that I've cut down on coffee with my COVID teaching schedule (can't drink coffee while I teach) - I get to enjoy the "forever hot/warm coffee" and get a smile out of looking at the cute design. Love my mug!

This is the best mug ever!!!! I am a collector of cups and this one is the best hands down! It does not leak and keeps my beverages hotter than any cup or mug that I have! I originally bought it because of the hello kitty, but now it is my favorite for a lot of other reasons. Do not hesitate to buy!!

So far I have only used my hello kitty bottle twice but I am thoroughly impressed by how hot it keeps my tea. It was piping hot after 7hrs! Also, it’s super cute and easy to take apart to wash. It will be replacing my hydroflask! I bought one for me & one as gift. I definitely would recommend to others and feel confident to give it as a gift now that I have tried it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Hello Kitty stainless mug for my wife. She did not like the Yeti mug I previously purchased for her. In her words, the Yeti was too heavy, too bulky, and did not have an adequate seal to prevent spills. The Hello Kitty fits her hand just right and allows her to place in her purse with no worries for spills. It fits well in her car cup holder and is easy to grab. She enjoys the Hello Kitty graphics and it really brightens her day! We have a Zojirushi rice cooker, so it was a no-brainer when one considers the high quality products from Zojirushi.

I only bought this thermos bottle from your house yesterday for my daughter. I like the pattern very much and the color is also very good, but the quality of the lid of this model is very crisp, and I am very disappointed with the quality of this new model. My daughter is almost crying, she breaks before she does it, she likes it very like design
