Great toaster oven with the useless baking tray

The toaster oven itself is very nice. I've made homemade breads, cookies, cakes, frozen pizzas and toasts and they came out great. Since I used to use Panasonic FlashXpress, this toaster oven takes longer time to preheat but I really like the roomy interior. I gave only 4 stars because it came with the useless baking tray. I cantacted their customer service and they describe it as "sligtly domed" but to me "it is so warped and the tray is useless for any purpose".
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Micom toaster oven has made mornings a joy! Now I can start my day with beautiful golden, light brown toasts that boast an amazing light, crispy texture. The interior is surprisingly spacious, even fitting a 12-inch round pizza with ease!

I have owned four other "high end" brands of toaster ovens but this is the BEST by far! Simple to use, intuitive controls. The pre-set temperature settings for frequently baked/toasted items saves so much time and I have not had to make any adjustments. It's quick and easy to hand wash the mesh and trays that comes with the oven. The footprint is small and it looks great on the countertop. Most of all, due to the upper and lower heating elements, there are no "hot spots" . Food toasts, bakes and browns evenly. EXCELLENT!

Great appearance as well as simple and easy to use functionality. Very quiet during cooking. It is well insulated so heat doesn’t emit outside the oven too much. It gives me hope to roast in summer as well. Extremely affordable price for much better oven than what we typically see in box stores and grocery stores’ kitchen appliance sections. I am very happy to have this one and am cooking multiple times every day. I enjoy superb baking result, it give me confidence.

Does everything perfectly..... none of the cheap toy stuff with the other brands, this is the real thing... couldn't be happier 100% backing sheets are a bit hard to find at 12.5 x 12.5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well Built and Really Good Quality. Simple functionality, I don't use a microwave for health reasons, and this cooks and reheats everything just right...not mushy and no exploding hot spots that you get with nutrition killing microwaved food.
