I’ve been has my zero water pitcher for a few years now and it works perfectly I only had to replace one time out of the few years I have owned it

It works great. It was not hard to install and its very much a fill up and forget about it type top. The only downside that I have is if you are trying to fill up a pitcher, it takes a while due to the small outlet hole. Other than that its great and easy for the kids to be able to get their water.

I’m very happy with Zerowater! I just bought my second system, the other one lasted 15 years or more! I like that I’m not contributing to plastic bottle waste and use my own water! The new shape is fun!
