What I expected but needs design change

As what i expected. I think the top half of the water unit is wasted space. Water should be Top half of water cooler is wasted space. Should be able to fill to the top half as well as the lower half without leaking. Guess its for looks just unnecessary or make smaller or allow it to fill it up with water. And I'm sure the filters can be refined to last even longer than they do especially in parts of the country that have higher TDS readings.

Excellent for filtering water

We have been with zero water for when it first came out on the market, I believe it was back around the late 1990’s and we are still using zero water filtration system, we were in New York City and now we are in Orlando, Florida, and we are still using Zero Water filters and system it’s the best system for filtering water,We have recommending and have recommended to all family,friends and code workers and we worked for New York Transit. Now we retried and in Florida retried and still using Zero Water Filtration System

Not compatible with all dispenser

We had zero water for over 8 years our dispenser stated to leak so we purchased a brio water dispenser and zero water jug does not fit so we had to purchase another type of water filter!!! Not happy!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using ZeroWater for many years. Easy to put together and fills pretty quickly. It sometimes gets the water bubbles, but a simple tap and they go away.
Wouldn't use anything else!

I’ve been using products from ZeroWater for about a year and a half and I have no complaints. I live in Florida and our tap water tastes terrible. ZeroWater is great because I don’t have to buy expensive water bottles that are bad for the earth.
