Programmable Coffee Maker

I have tried and tried to get it to brew fill pot of regular coffee and I can't get only partial bold pots. YUCK!!! I have gone through instructions several times and still can't get it to work. This probably sounds crazy, but I truly need help.

I havent used it yet im writing this as i set ny warranty, its nice it has a warranty and the instructions are clear on how to run the machine and it has a reminder when to clean it with detailed instructions on what to do! Easy to understand functions of the coffee maker when reading instructions!
