It’s better once I figured out that the French label could be peeled off to show the English labels. The reusable filter looks different than the picture on the box. It has a flat solid plastic bottom, with mesh on the sides only.

I really like this coffee maker, my only thing is the warmer has an auto shutoff after 1 hour. It would be nice if there was a way to set it slightly longer like for 2 hours, otherwise I love it so far and it’s nice it comes with a reusable filter.

It let's me keep my coffee warm for several hours and it beeps when it turns off so I know to turn it on again.

Your product is pretty easy to use. Brews good coffee. I would like to have more than just an hour of heat to the plate.
I like the features and convenience of being able to set a time for brewing. Also the digital clock is another good feature.

This is my second Chefman. They are a good coffeemaker for the price.
