Okay so far. Only thing which would help is a way to rest the hot coffee pot on the side of a thermos bottle while pouring the coffee into the thermos. I have an inherited shaking tendency in my hand and arms. My old pot had a band around the coffee pot that rested nicely on the top edge of the thermos.

My Chefman RJ14-12-SQ looks fantastic with it's combination brushed stainless and black finish, awesome. As far and it's coffee making ability, it is readay, on time, in the morning and has a great, bold flavor. Thank you.

Very nice machine with only a small drawback

Very nice coffee maker at a great price. I got this to replace one from a very well known brand that cost nearly three times as much. This one performs quite similarly. It does take a couple minutes more to brew but that's not a big deal. It's a very good looking machine also. It was quite easy to set the time and program the brewing time. The only complaint I had with this machine is that the LED to show that the burner is on is only a slightly different color blue than the it is when it's showing the machine is just plugged in. I can't tell the difference without hitting the power button to see what mode it's in.

It's a pretty good coffee maker for the price and it's smaller then the one it replaces. Looks nice also with the stainless accents on it. The all black plastic coffee makers look cheap.

Lid hard to open/close, no need to snap shut. 90 something percent of people are right handed, you have the water fill on the left side, opening could be larger. The fill opening on the right is frustratingly small. Your instructions are poorly written, with vague and confusing comments. Control panel picture could label the lights as well as the buttons. Confusing instructions for programming.
