AMAZING!! Love this air cooler!

I have been searching for a way to keep my garage cool now that I have a home gym in it, and this was the perfect solution! I love how portable this air cooler is compared to window units. It slides on hardwood so easily and it’s a very high quality air cooler! If you considering purchasing it, do it! You will not regret it. It also comes with ice packs to make the air even cooler

Perfect for these hot desert months

I'm in Phoenix and it is so hot here. Dry heat hot. Relief comes in the form of this Frigidaire air cooler from New Air. I didn't realize adding humidity to the dry desert air would make such a difference. I've been enjoying this cooler in my bedroom and even my skin isn't so dry anymore. Also, I used to wake up in the night feeling sweaty and hot but now I'm totally comfortable as I sleep and I'm sweat-free. I appreciate the remote control when I am feeling lazy in bed. It's bigger than I expected, standing at about light switch height, but I like the sleek look of it and the fact that it cools so well. I found it easy to use and I really recommend this to anyone looking to be more comfortable during this hot hot summer. I received this product for my review. All opinions are my own.

I have couple of rooms in my home that are a little warmer in the summer and I wanted to use this fan to help cool off the room and have a nice air flow and I am loving it. The design is nice and it has a powerful fan with a quiet design. I can hardly hear the fan when its on but the fan it self is really strong which is nice. I often use this while I am working out to keep me completely cooled down during my workouts. It also has wheels on it which I love love love! I don't have to pick it up and lug it from room to room. It easily just rolls to where ever I want it that day. The water tank is very large and surprisingly I haven't had to fill it up over and over. It last several hours which has been nice. And it comes with freezer packs if you want a cooler air but so far I haven't had to use that. Overall this is such a great fan and I am really happy to have it. I love the design, the wheels, the fact that it is quiet, and how powerful it is.

I have been using this cooler for about 5 days now and I can honestly say that I LOVE it. I live in Arizona, and this past week has been consistently over 100 degrees F. It's been HOT and it's been DRY. This cooler took a 100+ degree day and made it feel like a crisp and cool spring morning. I was afraid that using water to cool the air would make my home feel muggy and sticky, but it did just the opposite! I set the cooler up in my living room, filled the water level to the max, and popped one of the ice coolers inside. Almost instantly the room felt *comfortable* to live in. One thing I dislike about traditional air conditioning is that there doesn't seem to be a middle ground, it's either too cold or not cold enough. This cooler hit right in that sweet spot where it was able to cool off the room but not turn it into what feels like arctic tundra. I read that it can also be used outside, so I tested it out on my patio on a 110 F day and this is what really made the cooler earn its 5-Star Rating from me. WOW is an understatement, I wanted to stay outside in 110 F weather ALL DAY! It made lounging on my patio so much more enjoyable. I didn't have to go inside after 15 minutes like I usually would. This was also great to use at night to keep my bedroom cool during these hot summer months. Setting the cooler up was quick and simple. I really like that it comes with a remote so I can change the settings from the comfort of my couch and bed. The only "con" I had with this cooler was the size of it. I didn't check the size beforehand and expected it to be smaller so I was kind of shocked when I got the actual tower into my house, but it was able to fit in the corner of my living room and still cool off the entire room, it isn't too big to the point where it'd be an eyesore or anything, just keep in mind it might be larger than you'd expected. Overall, this cooler is great and I recommended it to all of my fellow desert-dwelling friends and family.

I have been using this fan for about a week and can say that it has been a great use since it arrived in the mail. At first I was a little skeptical on using this due to the fact that you had to use water to be able to cool. I wasn't sure if it would make my apartment humid and muggy, living with a dog, perhaps a little smelly due to the "wet" air. However, this fan works great and doesn't give off any humidity at all. My dog loves it! This is something we use everyday and keeps our living space cool in the Arizona heat. Highly recommend this product for anyone looking to buy a cooling fan.

Overall an great product!

This is my 4th day of ownership for the product. The unit works as advertised. I find the best use case is in my office room (18' x 18'). It can get uncomfortably warm in the mid-afternoon in this room (around 77-78 degrees ambient temp). When I add the ice packs into the tub, it feels amazing to have the consistent 70% cool air blowing on me. It definitely gets me through the hot afternoon days plus more.
A couple critics though to essentially make this a perfect unit:
- Minor complaint of wishing the remote came with batteries
- The rollers are great when on non carpeted floors such as hardwood or tile. But it is no longer functional on carpet. Would be a good idea to raise the rollers.

This evaporated cooler fan is by far the best thing I have hot my wife. Not only does it cool the room, its a fan with 3 speeds, and it help improve the dry air in my house. The fan is well constructed and is quiet. Wish I had got one sooner! You will be very happy with this item. NewAir sells some really great products my family and I have come to love.
