I was a little hesitant when getting this, but I was quickly reassured!! Super easy to put together, don't let the size intimidate you, like it did me. Takes about 5 minutes to put together and you can pretty much go right into using it!! It's surely helped keep us cool through this hot, Arizona summer. My kids beg me to move it to their rooms! It will be a product we enjoy and use more months than not! Highly impressed.

We have a house with large South Facing windows in the hot Colorado Sun. SO no matter how hard our Central Air works, our house would still always have hot spots. Introducing the NewAir evaporative cooler was a perfect fix. We can move it to whatever room we are in and in minutes the room is noticeably cooler. The three fan speeds are great and the unit also has an oscillating fan option which is great for larger rooms. Overall the unit is fantastic and we have enjoyed it very much on these hot 100 degree days. The customer service is also awesome.

It performs as expected. I LOVE it! I am familiar with swamp coolers and am sold on Newair and this one! I would like to be a tester for future evaporative coolers.

Keeps randomly turning off and won't operate from the top buttons, just the remote. I do not recommend this item

I love this evaporative cooler ! It keeps my house at about 72 degrees when it's over 100 degrees outside...plus it is better my allergies, as it doesn't make my house lose humidity like a regular air conditioner would - I have bought three more for my other homes! Great Product!

We loooove the evaporative cooler! It's easy to put together and works great. It's absolutely perfect for our hot, dry summers. Plus it can easily be wheeled from room to room. I only wish the directions were a bit more specific, because they didn't say what to do with this blue tube. But customer service was amazing and respondes quickly (you don't have to do anything really, it just goes in the water tank). I can't wait to see how much we save on air conditioning costs!
