I was concerned that it wouldn't cool our "great room" I'm pleasantly surprised! I just add some ice to the water and the air is very cool.

Bought this to cool off my mancave/garage due to my house being run by long term house guests. I live in Phoenix Arizona, you're better off getting a mini split or portable ac. This evap mode makes the garage way to humid and unbearable, the fan isn't cold at all, maybe slightly cooler than a regular tower fan? Other than that it's not gonna cool down a garage if that's what you're looking for.

We have had this cooler for a year now and it has delivered! We are artists in a garage studio and we use this to cool our area when working. It cools off quickly and is very comfortable as we work. I really like the fact that it it has various fan speeds so depending on the heat of the day we can adjust. We just fill with water and roll it where we are working and instant cooling air is delivered. It also has a handy remote so it I am in the the middle of a project it is easy to adjust across the room. One feature we really enjoy is the timer function, so that if we leave the room and decide not to return, then the cooler will cut off automatically. I would recommend this to anyone that lives in a dry environment!

You should get one if you live in a dry area.

I bought this unit [ Frigidaire ] to help with the Newair 14000 BTU AC/ heater to cool down a custom travel trailer made from a 24 cargo trailer. I just figure if the Newair 14000 BTU AC use water to help cool the AC. The evaporative cooler would help in this very dry area of Nevada. Boy what huge difference it made. I'm very happy I did, it works beautifully as a team between those two. I run both at the same time. So far in hot days of 109 thur 104 I can get the trailer down to 75 degrees with no problem. It takes about 35 min to do so.

This unit came while we were packing for our camping trip, so we took it with us. We have a 22 ft trailer that we take up to Havasu where it is 110 degrees during the day. It was easy to assemble, fill and turn on. It cooled our trailer down quickly in tandem with the air conditioner. So cold was the air, that our heat turned on in the morning. I love this little unit!
