Works wonders!

I got this item about a week ago. And I live in north idaho, pretty dry climate so I figured it might work good. I plugged it in and filled it up and within a matter of 20 min or so my room temp went down to 68, I even had to cover my self up which made me even more shocked! My only con to this product is that the remote was not operating when I got it, however customer service was wonderful and sent me a new one free of charge! Over all if your in a low humidity or dry climate, this works wonders. Especially if you can’t plug in an AC unit cause it will pop the breaker.

Everything as indicated it would be. Easy to assemble, easy understanding of Owners Manual and very easy to operate. 13 gallon water tank provides many hours of cool air flow.

Great evaporative cooler for the southwest!

We have had this cooler for a year now and it has delivered! We are artists in a garage studio and we use this to cool our area when working. It cools off quickly and is very comfortable as we work. I really like the fact that it it has various fan speeds so depending on the heat of the day we can adjust. We just fill with water and roll it where we are working and instant cooling air is delivered. It also has a handy remote so it I am in the the middle of a project it is easy to adjust across the room. One feature we really enjoy is the timer function, so that if we leave the room and decide not to return, then the cooler will cut off automatically. I would recommend this to anyone that lives in a dry environment!

Just what the Doctor Ordered!

We have a house with large South Facing windows in the hot Colorado Sun. SO no matter how hard our Central Air works, our house would still always have hot spots. Introducing the NewAir evaporative cooler was a perfect fix. We can move it to whatever room we are in and in minutes the room is noticeably cooler. The three fan speeds are great and the unit also has an oscillating fan option which is great for larger rooms. Overall the unit is fantastic and we have enjoyed it very much on these hot 100 degree days. The customer service is also awesome.

It cuts out and is not a good unit. I am very dissatisfied. Frigidaire claims that it is not one of their products. As a result there is no support. This is a very poor product.

Powerful fan. Brings down temp by about 8-10 degrees

The fan is powerful and can reach far end of my apartment. The key to bringing down the temperature is to only leave about 2 inches of the window open; and the door closed. Customer service is great too. Anthony from customer service was helpful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beating the heat on Oahu, Hawaii - it works!!!

My shopping experience was great. I had a couple questions for the support team, and they were happy to answer and help me. My evap coolers arrived two weeks after purchase, which I do believe is more than fair. I didn't pay extra for fast shipping, we're in the middle of covid-19, and they were shipped all the way to Hawaii. I was pleased with the turnaround with all that in mind. On to the actual evap coolers. I can not express how much I love these. I live in an old style Hawaiian home. There's absolutely no insulation (it's like two panel walls and that's it). I also do not have glass on most of my windows (they're just big screens). Between the cost of electricity here and the installation of windows and insulation, I decided to take a chance on evap coolers and it's paying off. Where I live the humidity usually sits in the mid 50 to high 60% range. We have more humidity in the winter, but less need for evap cooler during those months. Last summer I ran so many fans and still just sweated all summer long. It was rough. Three of my fans just broke during stay at home orders (which led me here). My evap coolers showed up today and as soon as they did I filled them and started running one in the living area. It's been running for about six hours now, using less water than I thought it would, and my house feels AMAZING. I'm not covered in sweat. My dogs aren't panting. I don't even have my other fans running, just the one cooler in the living area (the other is in the bedroom and I haven't run it yet). I call 3PM-6PM the "sauna hour" in my home because that's when the sun really beats down and it's miserable. This afternoon I ran the evap cooler and it was so comfortable in here. I know it's a long review, but I when I was looking I couldn't find any reviews at all from people who live in Hawaii, and I want to pass on that it works so well here! I probably went overboard and could have gotten ones with a smaller water tank, but I'm still very happy overall.
