Overall good product . Only complaint is with motion detection triggering on car lights, birds and bugs. It can be smarter where it will classify humans and vehicles and only trigger alarms then. Love the SD card and not having a subscription fee for recoding.

The 10 feet installation height is not quite accurate

When I installed this at a height of 10 feet following the instructions, the flood lights did not turn on most of the time when there is motion. I re-installed at about 7 feet and the flood light worked great. The 10 feet height is a stretch and is a significant limiting constraint for this flood light camera. At 7 feet, everything worked great so far.

We bought this camera, so we wouldn’t have to climb a ladder anymore. If this camera goes offline, you have to climb a ladder to reset it. It is very inconvenient. We will get rid of this camera and get one that will go online on its own. We do not want to keep climbing a ladder!

So far OK. Camera rotates up and down, wish it adjust left and to right. Otherwise the left & right angle has to be near prefect on the mount to get the right angle . Sometimes the video will Not replay.
