The system out of the box was very easy to install with excellent directions. The pairing of the cameras was good with only minor issues. I also like the apps for monitoring the cameras. Very good phone support when needed. I am glad I went with Lorex

Good product with room for improvement

Good product with quality parts. I would like to see more options on the lights to be able to dim them, as well as position them better (possibly be able to move them side to side). Also they need to have different movement types so the camera doesn't give me a notification every time a bug flies by or a piece of snow goes in front of the camera. I've had to turn down the motion sensitivity to 2 and it still records them. Other than that I love the product and really glad there's an option out there that doesn't force you to pay their monthly subscription fees just to view your recordings.

Great camera that is well

Great camera that is well built. Can't give it 5 stars because if you mount it horizontally the lights are forced to be in the Fram of your shot which at night throws off the infrared imaging. I have to point the camera down more than I would like to
