Picture is great. I receive a lot of motion detection notifications. This is usually caused by insects at night. I have the Sensitivity turn down to the lowest setting (1), and have tried to change the detection area away from the top to perhaps prevent so much false reads. I seem to still receive the notifications. Picture is clear and spotlights seem to come on when they are supposed to. Overall I am pleased.

Good engineering

Seeing this product makes me proud to be a product engineer. The Lorax engineers did a really nice job, and the marketing folks let them spend a few more dollars to build a quality product. If you have ever hung a wall mount light fixture you know the big pain to get all the wires connected before its mounted. You need about 4 hands to do it. These guys gave you a nice little hanger to hold the light up while you do the wiring, then disconnect the hanger and mount it. Bravo to thinking ahead. Quality cast construction, software that is pretty nice, few options missing, but better than most.
Would be nice to get it in Black, White is fine for some color homes, but in the back country on wood sided homes, a little less conspicuous would be nice. I vote for Black.
One more thing, lots of light, nice. Very sensitive PIR, and nice setup for camera motion detection. You enable a detailed grid coverage pattern for detecting movement. Would be great for ignoring the "road", while still covering the driveway. For me I get to ignore the Elk and still cover the parking lot.
As I said in another review, the Industry need to get this whole "notification" thing under control. If you have multiple cameras, you get multiple notifications, and the Cameras motion sensing, PIR sensing and lighting interact to create a storm of notifications.
Please allow groups of Camera, PIR and Lights and do a "All for 1 and 1 for All".

Love the flood light camera. I own 2 of them. One for personal and one for business. Bought 3rd one for gift for my dad’s house. Download the app to phone and I can monitor movement from anywhere

Great features

Purchased this flood light camera for my daughter because she lives out in the boonies. She had scarce lighting at her rental place. This light is Awsome and easy to install. The only drawback is that camera can only be positioned up and down, it can’t move side to side to get a better view. (It only looks straight forward)
