Floodlight camera was easy to

Floodlight camera was easy to install and connect to the LHSC. The 1 issue that I have there isn’t enough information for setting up the LHSC and cameras, unless I missed something. I am a CCTV installer so I was able to figure out some of the setups that are needed or I wanted. Also I don’t think that there is enough information about the products on your website, things like distance/coverage area on your sensors which I had to ask 1 of your CSRs who had some answers right off but had to ask about other info.

Floodlight

I purchased one floodlight two years ago and placed it on the front on my worked great and liked the security of lights coming on. The floodlights quit working so I bought two more and still use the one with no floodlights in the backyard.
Customer service is great also. I did not have a long wait to get to a real person.

Pretty good camera

Video quality not as good as my previous camera, could be better. App is much better than previous but Lorex app only allow a single device to view at any time. Camera and floodlight angle don't allow for horizontal adjustment, only vertical adjustment which limit location of camera to be effective. Can't install in my back patio due to location of power source. Just installed camera yesterday maybe I haven't figure it out. Overall very good camera.

Constantly resetting

My only major complaint is that every time you lose power, even for a lose spike, the floodlight camera goes offline, requiring me to go get and climb the ladder, reset the camera and go through the reconnect to WIFI process all over again. This happens at least twice a week. Not going to be much good to me if I’m away on vacation when I need the security cameras the most.

Camera view is fine. The proximity distance is the same on two different devices with all notifications set the same, one receives multiple motion detection as the other device receives less.
Also would like this camera to see this device pan and tilt upon motion detection..

I have owned this camera for about 2 months now. The camera is great it gives me an excellent view of my property's driveway and front yard. It has a great wide viewing angle and the alerts along with the alarm are a good feature. The only cons are I wish it was 4K and the SD card it comes with isn't large enough so I switched it out to a 256gig card.
