Flood light

I was happy to finally have a security camer. The first day it worked OK. The next day we went away, and I received nothing on my phone from the camera. I called, seemed to work and then stopped showing me events again. I called again and they said it is working fine. Went somewhere again and stopped showing me events again! Not happy with the hit and miss on the camera. At night it shows every bug that flies by!

Buy a four year warranty

This is the second time I had issue with this camera the first one I had the light stop turning on it was under the one year warranty so they send me a new one but oh man it was not easy a hassle they made follow steps to troubleshoot when I kept telling them I tried it all well finally after 1hr the representative gave in and decide to send a new one sooo now I have a problem with the new one after 1year 3 months out of no where it turn off we check the power good we tried resetting by pushing the button nothing husband put another flood light just to make sure there was power and thats how we knew rest in peace camera my warranty no longer covers it soo I suggest to get 4 year warranty it is a good camera but looks like there is a lot defects

I didn’t like it I prefer the ring tong Sorry I Wish I can return it but I already spent money for someone to put it up .I have no choice to leave it for now until one day I can replace it. I wasted my money wasn’t happy.
