Great features but...

We have this to our daughter for Christmas and she loves it! She uses all aspects of the watch and its overall been a good purchase. Unfortunately though, the jelly band is not holding the watch itself in and it keeps falling out. It happens when she dances around the house, puts a jacket on, basically any random time there is even the slightest amount of movement. We have tried the strap loosened a but more than usual to see if it was the pull on the jelly around the front of the face but it made no difference. Love the features but one day she's going to lose it and that will be the end of Tobi in our house. I've been looking for a work around but haven't seen anyone else commenting on this issue.
I say yes to the recommendation but really, it's a maybe.

No sound

Despite the update of the firmware and setting the volume to the maximum there is still no sound. Very dissappointing as this was long awaited gift for for the Children' Day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can't give it a worse review

Opened it on Christmas day and it didn't work from the get go. Either the software or screen don't work correctly because we can't change the time and many of the features simply don't work or are unavailable. Online tutorials and PDF downloads are unhelpful. Unable to apply a firmware update using their software. Maybe you have to be a NASA engineer, but I have a very unhappy child now and I'm unable to fix this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Reçu lundi et mardi presque déjà brisé, bug souvent et quand mon fils touche à l'écran ça fais un bruit très aigu et je me demande pourquoi je me demande si c'est un problème de livraison ou de fabrication

Very nice - but my daughter found a bug

We're very satisfied with this tobi2, it is more robust than I was expecting. One thing I'd like to change is a bug in the software. I set-up a parent's code so I can have a time limit. Well, the little hacker found out immediately that by changing the date of the device (that isn't password protected), she could have the time counter reset to 0 each time. Please address this with a firmware update :-)
