Wine Bottle Storage

I received my new Cafe Beverage Center and had it installed the same day. It is a nice looking beverage center. One thing baffling the crap out of me is how to get the wine bottles stored on the lower two racks. They scrape the rack above. The very bottom rack is straight metal where you would lay the bottles. The sliding rack above is also metal but wavy. I looked at pictures online and see different style racks in some pictures than what I have. I also see how the wine bottles are laid out and mine just don't fit. On either rack my wine bottles scrape the rose gold trim on the rack above it. The wine bottles i'm trying to store are a little fatter at the base but nothing I don't see at all the wine/liquor/grocery stores. (and they fit perfectly on the two lower slide out racks on my 16 year old GE Monogram mini fridge that I replaced.) Does anyone have suggestions? I can't give it a fair review without being able to utilize all the space. And if I can't store wine.........the pretty shiny expensive puppy needs to be returned. Thank you.

While we’re glad you enjoy the look of your new beverage center, we hate to hear you’ve had some issues with storing the wine bottles on the lower racks. We know any trouble with storing your wine would cause inconvenience, and we’d like to help.
Our team recommends using the bottom rack to store standard Bordeaux wine bottles, or smaller. If the bottles are laid vertically (front to back, with the tops towards the front), a maximum of 6 bottles can fit. The rack above that can store 8 Bordeaux bottles if stored vertically (staggering the tops towards center of rack), or 5 larger bottles that are laid horizontally (staggering them with the bottoms towards the sides of the rack).

Great match fell short on the little things.

Matches perfectly with our other Cafe Appliances. Only a few problems to get resolved. Mounting brackets are not very well designed. The side mount cabinet screw holes are not easily accessible. Really on one screw per and it's not easy. I have at least two leds not working on top light. The kick plate screws were not included in the Hardware kit. Paint pealing of the corner of door.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Simply put, this is an outstanding product. The price was easily 4x what I had planned to spend on a beverage fridge, but I didn’t find anything else which matched my storage needs. The storage is nicely thought out, although I did have to remove a shelf to use it as I wanted to. It’s a gorgeous and very functional fridge and fit my needs perfectly. Took a long time to install because the back legs cannot be adjusted once it’s installed. So I spent hours putting it in, taking it out, adjusting again, trying it again, etc. That was just to level it and get it to be flush with the cabinets. But now that it’s in I couldn’t be happier.
