Great Storage Capacity

Although I drink bottles faster than I can load up my cafe wine fridge I love the storage capacity. The automatic back lit display that comes on as you approach the fridge is a sleek feature. Being able to monitor your temps from the mobile app is also nice!

Just right for my "butler's pantry" and it matches the kitchen. The racks slide smoothly and the wine is preserved at a good temperature.

Quality appliance. Small things: Loading different sized bottles is a bit tricky -- a bit tight between shelves -- but easier as you get hang of how the trays work. Can't view upper and lower temperatures simultaneously.

Defective Compressor

This appliance stopped working after 1 day. All my wine sat in 55 degrees until we discovered that the brand new wine chiller was not working.
Bottle storage is not as advertised.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're so sorry that your wine center stopped working properly after only one day and that you're not able to store as many bottles as advertised. This is not something we'd expect from this unit and we hate that you have to deal with this.
It's possible that a breaker is tripped or a fuse is blown. Try resetting the breaker or replacing fuse. But if that doesn't help, then we recommend taking advantage of your warranty and scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your wine center. You can schedule service online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm or by calling 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737) Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET or Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.
