Looks good but it's not a sub zero

I replaced a Sub Zero wine cooler with this because it was less than 1/2 price. Shelves are secure but not high enough for all bottle designs. It also tends to tip over when shelves are extended - trying to get this resolved but little response from the retailer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looking for the perfect sized, perfect solution high end wine refrigerator. This is the one. The dual zones working amazingly and it looks fantastic. We couldn't be more satisfied.

If not mounted in a cabinet, the unit is very " front heavy" and MUST be secure to prevent fall forward when the door is open. The Shelves are a bit close together and the lables will scrape off if one is not careful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall a great wine refrigerator

Aesthetically this model is great looking; Functionally it does the job. My only complaint would be the "standard" bottle spacing that it comes with. With many non-standard wine bottles out there, I find myself moving bottles around to make them fit in the space available. Not a big deal, but I'd rather see this unit's capacity reduced in order to easily fitting the myriad of bottle shapes and sizes.

The unit came with a broken handle and still hasn't been replaced. Also, installing this was very difficult and getting balanced was almost impossible. It feels like they used very cheap material. You can buy a comparable priced unit for a little less and even get wood shelving and flex shelving.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I want to exchange this model

I was told that this would kill my wind. Unfortunately, the temperature only goes down to 41° and I prefer my whites much colder. It’s also not any help at for other beverages. And the bottle storage is very limited because some of my larger wine bottles don’t fit. I really like to exchange this out for what I paid. I really don’t think this is a good value. Can I exchange this for a similar size café appliance that will actually chill wine?

Stunning and Functional

The wheeled trays are amazing, the light feature wall is unique and gets lots of comments for guests. The dual zone temp options is above and beyond, can't think of anything more I could want. Custom handle color options is what puts it over the top for me.
