Cannot fit 50% wine bottle

Most wine bottle only fit on the 1st and 4th tray.
I m not talking champagne. Just not narrow. So a bourgogne for instance won't fit.

Somewhat disappointed

The temperature is not as cool as I wanted. The last winecooler was cooler at same setting. Its hard to set in app with other alliances.

It's our pleasure to help provide details on how to fix this. First we recommend to check the seal around the door and assure there are no imperfection that may be keeping the door open. Next we recommend to adjust the temperature higher and wait 24 hours to see if any difference is made.

Bad storage and quality issues

Bad storage - the shelves are poorly aligned and pretty much don't fit anything but tall skinny bottles. Door dings in metal

Purchased this unit to go with a built-in bar area project. Great features. The look with the handle-free design is amazing. Backlighting is a really nice feature and adds to the look.

Poor design

This wine fridge does not fit wine bottles as advertised. The racks are poorly designed and it only fits a small amount of very narrow wine bottles. One rack fits larger bottles and that’s it. Extremely disappointed, especially given the price point of this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn’t fit real wine bottles

Wine fridge that doesn’t fit wine bottles. The shelves are too close together and cannot be modified to accommodate a standard size Pinot Noir/Champagne bottle. Also will not fit any decent Napa red that uses a *slightly* thicker bottle.
A wine fridge at this price point should accommodate a nice bottle of wine. This one does not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend trying to remove some of the full extension drawers, this way you can accommodate larger bottles. You can check out page 8 in the user manual for instructions.
