Must-have for any Beatles fan

As another reviewer stated, do your due diligence before purchasing something with this kind of price tag. I was fully aware I could only build one at a time before I purchased. As such, I have been enjoying putting this together. It’s not your standard LEGO build; more of a mosaic puzzle combined with paint by number. It’s a great way to pass the time and each portrait looks amazing! Only complaint, as some others have stated, are the “soundtrack” which is fine but a bit short (a little over an hour) considering build time, and the bags not being numbered in spite of the instructions having the colors numbered.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Beatles

These sets are terrific. Bought all four anticipating that they would soon be out of stock and they soon were (isn't everything these days). Always seemed perfectly clear to me that each set would make only one portrait, you just chose which portrait it would be. Added advantage is that there are always dots left over. By the time I make all four Beatles, I'll have quite a collection of colored dots. So far I've only completed Ringo and I'm really pleased how good it looks. Larger than I anticipated and the colors really pop out at you. A fabulous example of pointilism. The build isn't difficult, but you need to pay attention -- a great activity for those of us that are more or less shut in these days. Great sets.

I have been a fan of the Beatles since first seeing them on Ed Sullivan.
One little quibble, and from reading the other reviews, it might just be me. Has any artist out there come up with a fix for Paul?
To me he just doesn’t look right.
Again, maybe it’s just me, overall I like this set.
Would definitely recommend it to any Beatle fan.

An AMAZING set!

As a Beatles fan a LEGO fan, this set was perfect for me. I also own the Ideas Yellow Submarine. This set was a fun challenge that took time, as I race through sets very quickly. I own the Taj Mahal and build the 5,923 piece set in 2 hours. Builders have to keep a keen eye on the instructions though! They caught me off-guard being numbered. It is a disappointment you only build one member at a time but that's what makes for a fun challenge.

Best lego set ever

I enjoyed this so much I bought this product four times. One for each Beatle. I got the other 3 as the product was being retired. Being as I found four of them, the entire set is one of my favorite items I own. It’s a great discussion piece for any Beatles fan! I sure hope Lego makes more Beatles related products!

Too many have stated they thought Lego mislead them into thinking they could build all four portraits with one set. Practice due diligence before ordering please. All reviews online clearly state you can build all four but only one at a time, as does the Lego site and the box art. I don't like to see a good product penalized for that. It was a jigsaw style fun project for me and I enjoyed the process doing George first and liking the end result a lot. I don't plan on displaying all four so I'll shoot a photo, dismantle and start another. No big deal, think of it as a 4 in 1 set.
Great packaging, graphics and instructions Lego Team and even though I'm color blind I made it happen. Next time numbered bags will definitely help.

My Daughter LOVED this set!!!

We bought this for our 11 year old daughter for Christmas and in 3 hours she finished Paul McCartney and she’s begging for a new set!!! She wants to be able to build the other three without taking the first one apart. So we’re hoping you sell additional frames for these sets.
