Fun mechanisms!

I got this set for a back to school gift. Of course I chose the jungle theme. I actually have the old version of this set so i can compare them.
The old one has one mechanism where you can move the dam and it makes the waterfall disappear. This one actually has two! The water moves up and down, making a rapid like movement and you move a branch and it tips a log so you can make the tiger fall onto the rapids. But the best part is the hot air balloon ! It doesn’t have any thing to pretend steer it, but it does have a table for medical supplies and a crate for the tigers. I also love the baby turtle element because I don’t have one yet. The den is fun too. This set is tall and does not take up much space!

Perfect project for the kids

It's was very easy to follow the directions to complete this. I like that this challenged them with building it. Both had a blast playing with the cute characters that can. With the set. I'll be happy to buy more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lego's plus animals is already set to be a totally fun experience!!! That is just what my daughter and I had, a super fun time!! I really love this lego set and it helps you get very creative. The running waterfall is such a cool feature.. having two of them is even more awesome. The details are all amazing and the hot air balloon is very realistic. The choice of animals such as the tigers, parrot and turtle really give it that jungle feel! It takes some time to build, but once the masterpiece is complete, you can see your children's eyes light up with excitement. I also love how you can come up with many ways to rescue the animals. The ideas are endless and helps you go on a fun and exciting mission. Definitely recommend!

Very fun lego set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Lego Friends Tiger Hot Air Balloon Jungle Rescue Lego set a few weeks ago. This lego set has 302 pieces. There lego set is for ages 7+. The set comes with 3 bags of legos. Each area of the lego set is in a separate bag. The set also comes with a instruction book. The book is very detailed on which parts to use and how to place them together to create each area of the lego set. The lego set comes with two girl characters. Emma and Andrea. There legs and arms move and they can sit down. The animals in the lego set are very cute. There are two white/grey tiger cubs, a bright colored parrot, green turtle, brown spider and a small yellow frog. The animals parts do not move they in a fixed position. This set took a while for us to make but time well spent. There are alot of little pieces that have to be placed. Its a fun build for any child who loves legos.

Fun activity!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter absolutely loved this lego set. Unfortunately for me she is 7 and this set has hundreds of pieces where she needed help. Overall I enjoyed seeing her light up as the pieces came together. Great weekend activity to keep her busy and off the ipad.

Fun and Unique Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this set for my daughter since she has a few from this line already and loves them. What stood out to us was the uniqueness of the balloon piece. It is unlike anything we have seen in a Lego set. The various critters included with the set also make it a lot of fun. There was a little challenge getting it together, which is what we like. Putting this together is a great bonding experience to have with the young ones.
