Multiple missing pieces

Haven’t quite finished the build yet, but my 5 yr old so far has really been enjoying it. He can build it mostly on his own, with some occasional help from parents.
My only complaint is that in one of the bags, we are missing pieces. So far, 4 pieces haven’t been in one of the bags and they aren’t basic lego bricks so really hard to replace. The bag must have missed quality controls or something, as we’ve never had this happen with any of our other lego sets. But it’s definitely put a stop to our build unfortunately.
