I received mine a few weeks ago.. but I can only iron 2 shirts before it stops charging and won't begin again. This morning I unplugged it but had to wait 20-30minutes. I have tried securing the base (didn't help) and unplugging it (to reset).. didn't help. Time seemed to help, but that can't be right. I think I just do not understand... Why does it stop (in less that 30 sec) and how do I restart it?

The steamer iron was not what I expected. The steamer does not last and the iron loses heat quickly. It doesn’t pay to iron without the chord. Would not recommend it!!! Plus it’s not worth the money I spent!!!

The steam feature is excellent and works very well and the creases are SO sharp

The whole purpose was the cordless feature, the iron doesn't stay hot long enough. Very frustrating.
