I only give it a 2 star because first it is much more work to answer a call, secondly the speaker was suppose to be better then the j3 and it is not ,it is about the same ,thirdly its to big of a phone the j3 was ok for size but the A11 is too big, next this phone is too touchy and you end up in someplace other then where you were trying to go/do. I DO NOT LIKE THIS PHONE I would not recommend it to anyone, lastly the power cord is way to small
