I am on my 3rd replacement and these are BAD. Can not answer incoming calls and one day I got 26 text messages from the last month. Warranty only sends you the same junk and does not offer any exchange credit ... so pay for another phone. Do not want the #4 phone, so trying to answer the phone by using the volume up tab , pain in the backside but they want you to throw money at them always...

Not a good phone from the start. It constantly glitches and keeps me from doing what I want to on my phone. When I type something in, it completely puts something else in that looks nothing like what I am trying to type. It's very frustrating!
