Nice big phone that you can see with squinching your eyes,it has way more features than I will ever use.Camera is nice and takes good pics from what i can see,all i do is check mail and play games and it does a great job at that. I had a bit of a problem transferring my number but CS was able it get it in about 10 minutes.Now my wife i think is fixing to buy her one.best prepaid phone to date and i have been using prepaid like 15 years now.

Phone programs and works easily once all the menus are located. The chat person was unfailingly patient throughout a long process with me. Only issue I had was that the website showed a price much higher than what it actually was.

I got only 2 bars at home when my old J2 got 5, so I googled "known issues" and found how to attempt a fix. Fix did not work, and vs trying another A11, I traded up to an A51 which is getting 5 bars. Sad, as other than that it was great.

I actually rate 3.5...some of the features, I just plain don't like, but overall it's a phone, I make my calls and texts. It drops Bluetooth quite often, and internet runs slow, even on wifi.
