this phone is utterly useless...i am used to the s series. I saw good reviews for this phone and I needed a new one and because of covid I could only afford a cheap one. Even with the installment plan, which I have had trouble with before...anyway. I always have do not disturb with certain permissions or on vibrate. It has no vibration intensity and. It is so quite i cant hear it at all. Even when I'm sitting right next to it. There is no indicator light that flashes more than once. leave the room without the phone or I have no idea if anyone has contacted me unless I repeatedly turn on lock screen. Samsung really dropped the ball on this and since I paid the retail price all I can do is...well nothing except shell out more money on a phone such as lgk40. For the same price Which at least has vibration intensity. Could I turn sound on? yes but there are alot of times when i can't. When I'm in bed and watching something I don't want to hear the ring/message tone and other places And even if I did and like I said left the room no indicator led light to notify me. I am seriously unhappy. Yes I'm picky about what I spend my money on. And I should be. Thanks samsung for those on a tight budget for completely giving us a piece of low standards

It does not have wireless charging and the button you use to turn it on should protrude out a little more because sometimes it’s hard to turn on. The charger cord is very short.
