Keeps hot drinks hot for hours. The built in tea leaf strainer is easy to install and then remover for cleaning no more dealing with tea balls. The wife is thrilled. Wish we would of found sooner. Favorite cup.

These are the best I've ever found for keeping coffee hot, but I still prefer the lid from my old cup (luckily it fits this one!).

I regret purchasing this Zojirushi tumbler. The lid is highly inconvenient—liquid spills with even the slightest tilt, making it impractical to use. The overall design feels very poorly constructed and unsuccessful. The stickers warning about cancer and reproductive harm are unusual and frightening, adding to my discomfort. I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase and wish I had chosen a different product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Useless Lid

Lid doesn't seal at all or prevent spills. Seems like this tumbler misses the point. One slight tumble and it spills the hot or cold beverage all over the place.
