While the mug keeps my coffee warm for a long time, it is quite challenging to sip from without spilling. My whole mouth has to cover the opening in order to avoid spillage. Just awkward.

Excellent cup. Heat retention is excellent (maybe a bit too good), and being able to pull apart the lid means no hassle cleaning. Was afraid it would be hard to re assemble; not the case at all! Read the instruction once and it is super intuitive. The body of the cup is this slightly matte texture, which is growing on me.

I have has a thermos from this company for several years and have used it often. It consistently keeps coffee warm much longer than anything else I have tried and I have tried them all. This tumbler also keeps our coffee warm for a long time. Will continue to buy from this company.

Great for drinking around the house

I appreciate the design of this mug with a lid that just turns to open and close for a quick & easy sip while keeping drinks hot or cold for hours. I use it every day and night to drink water. Really keeps drinks cold overnight. It's great that I don't have to pop the lid open or unscrew the top and remove it just for a sip. Not designed as a travel mug, it is extremely convenient for daily use around the house.

Useless Lid

Lid doesn't seal at all or prevent spills. Seems like this tumbler misses the point. One slight tumble and it spills the hot or cold beverage all over the place.

I regret purchasing this Zojirushi tumbler. The lid is highly inconvenient—liquid spills with even the slightest tilt, making it impractical to use. The overall design feels very poorly constructed and unsuccessful. The stickers warning about cancer and reproductive harm are unusual and frightening, adding to my discomfort. I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase and wish I had chosen a different product.

Keeps hot drinks hot for hours. The built in tea leaf strainer is easy to install and then remover for cleaning no more dealing with tea balls. The wife is thrilled. Wish we would of found sooner. Favorite cup.
