software sucks

great picture but the software has too many bugs to make this usable. I have to factory reset the software weekly, which erases all wifi settings. I've given up on wifi access and only use USB loaded images and videos, but even that sucks. perhaps 40 % of videos will load, unless I put these same videos on a different USB. Too many images or videos on a USB causes the system to crash.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
