Too Many Parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let’s start with the good here: it’s an insulated beverage holder that keeps my drink the desired temperature for an extended period of time. I don’t always get to my drink when I want to, so it’s nice to have it warm later for when I can actually enjoy it. I also like that it can be clipped onto items. That being said, I feel as though this was a reinventing of the wheel that was completely unnecessary. There are a lot of parts on this thing that have very narrow spaces that are difficult to clean. I needed specialty bottle brushes to clean them properly and even then wonder if they’re really clean. If you are missing or lose a part, it leaks profusely and is worthless. This wouldn’t be an item I’d buy again, for the sole number of hard-to-clean parts. Also, for those who use one, it does NOT fit under a single-serve pod coffee maker; it’s too tall even with the drip tray removed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are so sorry that our bottle didn't meet your needs. Our mugs and bottles lids to be fully disassembled so that every part can be cleaned, stay sanitary, and prevent any residues from accumulating in crevices that you may not be able to get to if it wasn't disassemblable. The stopper is designed so that it doesn't loose too much heat with a wider opening and can be cleaned with a brush that you would use for reusable straws.
We understand that many of our customers would like to use the mug to place directly under some coffee brewers so we have all specifications such as height measurements on our website and our shop.

An Attractive Item To Avoid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A sleek design with a handle and one of the coolest locking mechanisms I've ever seen on a water bottle. All that combined with an attractive color makes this a very visually appealing water bottle. This is the perfect water bottle for those quick trips to say the supermarket or waiting for your oil to be changed. Hot or cold and keeping it at the desired temperature: check. What this water bottle lacks is volume. If you're looking for a water bottle for long road trips or the gym this water bottle falls very short of meeting those expectations. Unfortunately it also cannot be cleaned in the dishwasher so hand washing it is a must. Despite all of this there is a major deal breaker: this water bottle contains a substance in its construction that may cause cancer. For that simple reason alone I cannot recommend this water bottle to anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The warning you are referring to is the California Prop 65 and the substance it is addressing is nickel in the stainless steel. Nickel is an important alloying element in food-grade stainless steel. It provides high anti-corrosive properties to the stainless steel (surgical steel contains nickel). The sticker on the bottom of the outside of the vacuum mug contains DBP. Please note that the bottom of the vacuum mug does not come in to direct contact with food or beverage. For further information, please go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov
Please note that the warning does not mean that our products will necessarily cause harm or that they violate any product-safety standards by the FDA. In fact, the California government has clarified that “the fact that a product bears a Proposition 65 warning does not mean by itself that the product is unsafe.”
We hope this clarifies the concerns you expressed.

This mug is perfect for everything we do! The slim design makes it fit perfectly in any purse or backpack pocket, or there is a handle you can use to carry it with. The one touch flip open lid makes it so convenient, no fumbling with straws or lids to unscrew. The locking feature ensures no spillage or drips too. I love this mug for myself and my kids! If you need a high quality mug that keeps your cold drinks cold and your hot drinks steamy, while being easy to carry and use, this is most definitely it!

GREAT BEVERAGE MUG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the beverage mug about 5:30 pm today. Started using it about 6pm….added 5 thin ice cubes with my drink…..it is 11:42 pm….the ice cubes are still of considerable size, the beverage is still ice cold. I actually drank one full mug of beverage and refilled the mug without adding more ice. The ice is still evident and chilling the contents at this time. I will use it in my room while watching tv or next to my bed while sleeping…and will have no concerns if it tips over as it is spill proof. The size is good for my grip to grab and maneuver….at this point it is a good product to use and enjoy at home and will be great to travel with for long or short trips. At first it was different to drink out of with the lid touching my nose but I adjusted quickly. I am glad I have the Flip and Go Stainless Mug….

I kept mine full of water on hikes and let me tell you that it kept the water as refreshing as it was when I filled it. It has a cool design and easily was able to take apart to clean. My wife and daughter wanted to lay claim to it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Flip-and-Go Stainless Mug...I love it. Very good for morning coffee...it keeps my coffee hot and fresh. After my coffee i fill it with ice and water and have a icy cold drink that last a very long time. I refill many times with water and the ice stays. 20oz is the perfect size. The flip lid with lock is a great feature so it stays clean and shut tight on my hikes, which i can attach to my back pack. Very pretty colors also. Stainless steel is a must for me. All in all...perfect hot/cold mug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got my Zojirushi Flip and Go Stainless Mug recently. This mug has alot going for it. It is durable and practical. I have never seen such a modern mug. It keeps my coffee hot for the hours. Keeps juices cold for hours. Has a flip top that opens with a little button on the side. Makes a really good seal to keep the temperature in the liquids constant/sustained. Nice handle for toting. Comes in nice colors to choose from. Complete instructions for proper use, and explains exactly how to disassemble for cleaning. Holds 20 ounces which is plenty of coffee for me. Lower tank/body made of durable metal for long time use. Great for out and about, or at home.
