Kept my sport drink cold through my round. Perfectly fit my needs. I bought this because of the handle, which was the one thing needed for my original Zojirushi, which I’ve had and used for over 10 years. Best part of this container is its light weight, so much better than other brands out there. Read other reviews that said the cap hit their nose when drinking, this is not an issue for me. Love the purple color with a bit of sheen to it, very pretty. Hope this one last as long as my last two. Highly recommend.

I liked it very well until I dropped it (less than four feet onto a hard floor) and watch the lid smash into many pieces. As long as you don't break it like I did, it'll keep your beverage cold or hot--which Zojirushi does really, really well. Am really disappointed they didn't try to make it a little more durable.

I read reviews and recommendations and decided it was finally time to invest in a deluxe thermal mug. The Flip-and-Go Mug is a beautifully crafted item with perfect finishes, and it keeps liquids hot or cold just as promised. Comes apart allowing every nook and cranny to be thoroughly cleaned.
My disappointments began with the color being very ‘rose pink’ not ‘hibiscus red’ (I’m getting over it). After finding out the expense to return it, I kept it. Upon using it, I found my nose hits the lid gasket when drinking. Worse still, when drinking hot coffee (my entire reason for buying it) is a dangerous proposition. The mouthpiece doesn’t allow safe modulation of the flow of coffee, like sipping out of a mug. The piping hot liquid shoots straight out of the port. Using your upper lip to sip or slow the flow doesn’t work. Even for drinking water, it is NOT a fun mug to drink from, the mouthpiece is just too awkward.
I would recommend their products because of the craftsmanship, just not this particular one because of shortcomings of the design.

This is the best mug that I have ever owned. It is exactly as advertised. I put very hot tea in the mug and then forgot all about it. I came back the next day and the tea was still comfortably, more than 24 hours later.
