I've had the SM-KHE mug for years (same style lid), used mostly for tea. Wanted a bigger version for water and ordered the Flip-and-Go 20oz. It has better hot/cold retention and is lighter than other brand mugs, and I like that the interior is uncoated stainless. Deducted half a star as the SM-KHE mouthpiece is taller and more comfortable to drink from, and another half as I wish they offered the Flip-and-Go mug in at least 1 muted or neutral color. Uncertain as to the durability of the handle but so far no problems. Otherwise great product!

Two years ago I purchased a Stainless Mug SM-SR60 (20 oz) for coffee. I was amazed how well it kept the coffee hot - at least ten hours. Now I was in the market for another stainless mug to hold water for my gym workouts. Again I turned to Zojirushi, and after browsing the selection, settled on the SM-QHE48 (16 oz). I've not been disappointed. The style, flip-handle, and easy-open lid make it a breeze to use. We even purchased a Zojirushi rice cooker when we needed a new one. They are all great quality, provide ease of use, and look very stylish!
