[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is perfect for my son. It’s spill proof and easy to open. I love the matte gray color that washes easily by hand. I also love the size. It’s perfect for my 3 year old to carry easily in the car and on the go. The handle also helps.

I have 4 of these mugs. They are my go to mug. My coffee stays hot all day. The other ones I use for water. The ice is still there and the water is ice cold into the next day. The third day, no ice, but the water is still cold. They are much better than other mugs I have had.

Coffee stays incredibly hot!

I love these mugs. I was given my first one by friend. At work my coffee stayed so hot all day that i had to pour some in another cup to drink it. My whole family now loves them. it keeps cold drinks so cold too. i take my ice water everywhere in it and find I drink a lot more because f how cold it is kept. no matter how hot my car gets my cold drink stays cold . This says a lot since I leave in the south where it has been very hot.

I am very disappointed in Joshirushi adding a coating to most bottles. I wanted to get a 22 oz bottle without the coating so this was my only choice. I purchased it for travel and the handle makes it quite heavy. For several years, I have appreciated Joshurishis keeping my water so nice and cold which is very important during Arizona summers. I’m very sorry that bottles without the coating are so limited.

We offer both coated and non-coated interiors for our vacuum insulated mugs and we include which interior each model has in the product information. We are currently working on expanding the SlickSteel finish mugs and bottles so that we can offer a wider variety. Currently, we have mugs and tumblers available in the SlickSteel finish.

If you want cold or hot, for long periods of time, this is the best ! Unfortunately, if filled too high mine leaks, which makes it annoying and WET !

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It sounds like the vacuum insulation is working but maybe a gasket is missing or placed upside down. After cleaning the lid, a gasket may be misplaced or placed upside down which can cause leaking to occur.
