Love the mug! My drinks stay hot for hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best mug ever! I picked teal color, so it's very beautiful and I absolutely love it! Good materiaIs, no weird smell. I use the mug for hot drinks and it works very well. It stays hot for many ours. Now I make my drinks not as hot anymore (the temperature that I like) because I know that they are not going to cool fast, so when I drink it, it's exactly like it should be, exactly the way I like it. Perfect size. I carry the mug in by bag almost every day and I don't feel like it takes that much space. I don't see the purpose of the handle yet, but maybe because I carry the mug in my bag, not by itself.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my awesome and pretty Flip & Go Stainless Hot or Cold Mug!! I got the gorgeous Hibiscus Red. I have tried other brands of stainless hot/cold mugs, but what stands out about this one is it’s a little longer in length, but it’s also more slender and this makes it much easier to hold and not as bulky. It’s lightweight, high quality construction and designed with thoughtful features that are great! It has a flip handle on the side for carrying, the lid is vacuum sealed and you can lock and unlock it easily with one hand. When you want to drink, you just push the button and it gently opens up automatically. In addition to those features, it keeps my cold beverages ice cold for hours and the same with hot beverages like my coffee. I like to drink zero sugar carbonated seltzer and it keeps them fizzy for hours. I’m impressed and very happy! Plan to get more for myself and my family.

Great as a water bottle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Zojirushi Flip-and-Go Stainless mug for a few weeks and overall, I really like it. Due to the limitations listed below, I am using this primarily as a water bottle.
Pros:
- Attractive design - love the Hibiscus Red which is a rich magenta color
- Locking top works to keep from leaking in my bag
- Top screws on easily, with no problem getting threading to connect
- Flip up handle is perfect to clip on to my bag or hold comfortably with two fingers when walking
- Insulations works well to keep drinks hot or cold for hours.
- 20 ounce size is perfect

Cons:
- Top makes a loud click when it opens or closes, so there is no discreet sipping when in a meeting.
- Top doesn't fit my face well. When I drink, my nose hits the hinge area.
- Top has drink on the flipped up portion, so my face sometimes gets wet while drinking. This is not a problem when drinking water, but I don't like coffee dripping on my face. See photo for how the coffee gets on the top when flipping it open. To fix this, I unscrew the top and drink out of the bottom part of the mug when I use this for drinks other than water.
- Top is not easy to clean, but this is not an issue when using as a water bottle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Take this mug anywhere you want to go for hot or cold all day not waste of any product you use it for easy flip top to prevent spills or leaking easy to clean with mild soap and water it’s light to carry and you can also hang it using the handle vacuum sealed so all your beverages stay fresh through out the day

Great water bottle

I received this water bottle complementary. I have only used it for cold beverages so far, while it does not keep my ice cubes frozen for long it does a nice job at keeping my water cold for several hours. It has a great seal and does not leak. Easy open, however I don’t really see the point of the handle on the back - it is quite bulky and cumbersome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have yet to use this mug because there were so many instructions with it, I was overwhelmed. The hook piece is a bit large. The lid seems pretty complicated to clean. I think I’d prefer something simpler.

Your honest feedback is greatly appreciated regarding the instructions included. It may be a bit long but it is a good idea to read the instructions to ensure the best performance. However, the gist of it is to not fill it with dairy or soda and to hand wash it with a soft sponge and a mild dish washing liquid. We hope this helps you get started enjoying the mug!

The flip handle makes it easy to carry or clip to a bag. The lock is great at preventing spills too. The color is great considering I love the color purple. Only thing I wish is for it to hold more liquid.
