Disappointed. Dead within the first week.

Our unit was delivered 3/1/21. It worked great for the first week! All downhill from there.
Into the second week of ownership, the burners slowly started losing power. As of right now, you can't have more than one burner on at a time or they both go out. The unit can barely cook a piece of chicken– it can't boil water.
Then to top things off– today (3/10/21) the oven decides it doesn't want to get hot. We set the oven to 400º, came back 20 minutes later and it's cold to the touch.
We trusted Bosch based on their brand reliability but this one definitely misses the mark.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great range, simple but elegant design. I am disappointed the legs are just painted plastic where a scratch becomes obvious. At the least, I expect a stainless veneer - hence the reason for 4 stars and not 5

Reliable Beauty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy to have our new range installed and we've been cooking up a storm. I'm loving the proof setting on the oven. Baking and roasting have been a dream. Baked goods have come out beautifully and the prime rib we roasted was the best ever. The high BTU cooktop has made searing and simmering equally doable. We also love the look of the range and it enhances our kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great range. I really like the electric oven and the multiple rack setting for baking cookies. I can bake 2 large racks of cookies and never have to rotate or turn the racks and each cookie is perfectly even.
The gas cooktop is also great. The large burner has plenty of BTUs for fast sautéing and the small burner hold a good simmer.
The only complaint is sincere the day it was installed the clock has gained about 20 minutes in time each week. After 3 months
Bosch has not resolved the issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very nice range, even better customer service

We did have an issue with a bad chip when we first recieved our unit that caused the clock to run fast and the oven to give a false temperature reading, but Bosch was very fast and very communicative during the repair process. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to get my unit fixed. We have owned many ranges over the years and I would rate this one as one of the best.

36 " Freestanding Range

Love the look of this range, but like so many others, there are huge flaws. Our oven stopped working after one month. The tech was out 4 times and then Bosch agreed to replace the unit. The new one also has issues. Now, the pizza oven setting works, but the bake setting does not. The burners don't light easily either. The clock is always fast. I'd like a working oven for the holidays, but I doubt this will happen. Buy a different oven.

No Oven!!!

Like many other reviewers, my oven quit after 6 months. No oven for Thanksgiving and now no oven for Christmas. The service rep gave me a date of 1/10/22 to get the parts. Said he has seen this issue a couple times with this product. Bosch needs to recall this product or provide customers with a complimentary extended warranty. I feel confident that this will happen again with the new parts. Not really the quality I was expecting for such an expensive product.

Disappointing!

The oven doesnt work, it never worked and try getting someone here i a timely manner for repairs. The retailer is horrible. Not Bosch's fault but they should be careful who they let represent them. I want a new stove but have to wait for repairs. That is crazy sinece it is brand new!
