Good, but needs improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great, cooks great. The continuous grates do not work well with pots that have a heavy handle. Those pots tend to tip over towards the handle when placed near the gaps in the grates. Oven racks can have a lot of friction, so consider purchasing the telescoping rack accessory to compsensate for that. During convenction baking the back wall of the oven sometimes vibrates, making a fair amount of noise. Holding it down with my hand stops the noise, but there has to be a better solution to dampen the noisy vibrations due to the spinning fan convection fan. For the price point you won't find a professional level stove like this elsewhere.

Grease is the word (start singing NOW)

The air vent for the oven is on the back flat side of the actual stove so when you are frying food is grease pops and land in the vent (and it does) there is NO WAY to get in and clean it up. I wish they would allow every day working people who also cook test products before they are a available to sell.

Electronic Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our brand new duel fuel stove doesn't work on the bake and convection bake settings. When we use the other settings, it messes up the clock setting. The repairman has ordered the faulty parts but they've been on back order for over a month. We really like the gas top, and the oven door is completely see thru and the oven light stays on the entire baking time so that's very nice to be able to see the food baking. It's unfortunate that we've had problems with such a nice stove.

Great-Looking Stove, but know the downsides

Since I believe that at this price-point, it is marketed towards homeowners, rather then professional chefs, be aware of these things - if you have household pots with a handle where the handle is heavier than the pot itself, the pot may tip over in some places of the grates. Oven trays may have excessive friction.

Broken after 2 weeks of usage.

#1) The clock started to drift and become faster. Within a week it was an hour ahead.
#2) The oven stop working and would not heat up after 3 weeks.

The last item that gave this a 2 star is I have to wait a month to fix my oven! No other local vendor that was on Bosch vendor list would even fix their range unless you bought from them directly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nothing but trouble

Installed brand new, Oct 15, 2020 in brand new kitchen. Stove top is great. 10/31 wanted to use oven, it would not work. All it did was reset the clock to midnight. Bosch qualified tech came, and called factory support. Suggested two modules be replaced. NO parts available. Dealer searched, and located another range. Installed 12/01/2020. All worked until last night 01/22/21, and oven did not work. Same trouble. Just back from dealer who will speak with Bosch. So, in three months, I will be getting a THIRD range, only this time, it will NOT be a Bosch.

A few quirks, but dishes are so clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishes come out cleaner than ever before! There's no residue on glass or utensils. The utensil basket could be taller. I use my old one since taller items tip out. If you don't clean the filter out often, your dishes may stink. The set up was a learning curve, but instant pot, crock pot, cookie sheets, they all fit (washed separately of course). I wish there were more options on wash settings, but there is a half hour option if you're in a pinch. My dishes come out very clean, so it's a win despite the quirks.

Wonderful dish washer
