If you purchase this phone you will need to buy a charging brick that is a USB-C brick. The phone arrives with a USB-C to USB-C charger. You cannot use this in your electric receptacles, you will not be able to use your phone for navigation in your car without the adapter. You need to buy one before you get this phone, otherwise you wont be able to charge it and your brand new phone with be unusable. WHAT A CROCK! However, the transfer of data from the old phone to the new phone was flawless!!!!

Seems a bit faster than my previous 11 and somewhat better with texting. The process went alright. The transfer process started out okay but hit a snag after the phone needed an update. Took a while to get back to the transfer process and ended up having to select the option that didn’t require the scanning of the phone to finally move forward. I was anticipating an issue so it was par for the course. Could see where customers not familiar with technology would have issues.
Many apps were able to carryover the login information from the old phone but spent quite a bit of time logging into several others.
The return process has been great so far as everything was provided for successful shipment.

This is supposed to be user friendly but is a monster compared to androids. I made the switch to be better connected with my mom who has an iPhone and have resorted to asking people what their favorite feature is because I cannot just get it to do the things I want it to do.

I have got the "black screen of death" several times with this new iphone 15. Started 3 days after receiving this new phone. Apparently this is is something new that happens to many users during charging. Be better apple.
