While at the ATT store I waited 30 minutes to be helped even I made an appointment days in advance. One e someone finally began working with me The associate seemed way more interested in selling me home Internet package than helping my new phone set up. I asked for her to assist in helping me wipe my old phone home so I could have her send it back for my trade in. She said oh it’s a big restock feee. I should send it back myself and would receive full credit. I sent it in and was told in an email I did not work. This is not true.

This is so funny to me that I got asked to write a review for a phone that I still haven’t been sent. It’s been weeks since it was supposed to be shipped, but it still hasn’t. When I called to get a status update, they couldn’t verify my identity so they wouldn’t help me. Just have to laugh!
